We are located:
- 400 meters from the main entrance of Kalogria beach
- 180 meters from the side path of Kalogria entrance
- 400 meters from the center of Stoupa beach
- 550 meters from super markets and pharmacy
- 150 meters from an ATM
That’s why we promote so much our private, fenced parking we have.

Pay deposit

- We require it to avoid malicious clients and misunderstandings
- It is refundable if you cancel your reservation 20 days prior to your arrival
- We accept several payment methods for your convenience

Some more questions

Your apartment will always be ready at 14:00.
Based on availability you can choose to check in earlier. This can be done upon request, either by phone or e-mail.
You will have to check out from your apartment until 12:00 the latest. Unfortunately, you can not stay after 12:00 no matter the availability.

There is reception area or receptionist in our complex.
We will contact you in the day of your arrival to tell us the approximate time of your arrival and we will be waiting for you.
That’s why we will ask for your mobile phone after you book to us.

The cleaning of the apartments is twice for every week of stay.

Unfortunately we don not allow pets in our apartments.

You can pay us with the below means
- Cash. Fortunately, there are few ATMs close to us in case you run out.
- Credit/Debit cards. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Maestro.
- Bank Deposit. Either before or during your stay. Please ask us about this option. Also, consider the high transaction costs if you transfer money through a foreign bank account.

Yes! In order to confirm a reservation you will have to deposit 20% of the total amount.
If you cancel your reservation at least 20 calendar days before your arrival, then we will return your deposit. Otherwise, there is no refund.
The payment can be done with one of the payment options we have in our website. Please choose the most suitable to you.

To avoid misunderstandings we have adopted the following terms for the payment of your accommodation:
- For rental periods longer than 4 days, the payment is done upon your arrival.
- If you depart earlier than the agreed date, then we will return you the amount paid for the remaining days, if and only if there is a new reservation. There will be no refund for every day that your room will remain empty.
